So some of you already have your Trigger®, most are still waiting, but we are consistently moving out as many as we can every working hour so please so standby :)

Leather Lifting
We have heard from a few of our backers that the adhesive lifts a bit when placing a card into the front slot.
This minor lifting in some is in fact a defect due to the urgency of the run + COVID's minimal staffing. Despite this, we should note that the front pocket should only mainly be used for 1-2 cards or 1-2 bills.
The Triggers main compartment is where you will be storing your main cards to use, and ids. As for the adhesive, since they were rushing as many out as possible, it seems it needed a bit more time, unfortunately.
It will work flawlessly as intended and lasts, minus the minor lifting as the worst-case scenario for this first small batch run.
However, what we can guarantee, is that the internal, and external quality in terms of both the materials and functionality are premium quality, as well as ensuring our factory never lets something like this happen again even if it's just a few out of thousands, or we will cut ties with them and take our business elsewhere.

Hello all!
The moment you have all been so patiently waiting for is HERE :) In the midst of all this fog, there is a ray of light in Skyborne.
The first batch of Trigger(s) has officially landed at our headquarters. Please bear with us as we now get them all into the shipping department and get them all stocked and organized, and we will then begin shipping your orders starting early tomorrow morning :)
For those who ordered "Add-ons" such as The Smart-Pack, or iTravel Smart Wallet 2.0, they will be coming a little later in the month as they are coming by sea. We will keep you all updated on that as well.
Thank you all for your patience, and for being so incredibly supportive as we sifted through this pandemic as best as we could. We are excited for you to finally get your Trigger® :)

Update on progress/Shipping!

Hello all!
Hope everyone is keeping safe, and enjoying the peak season of autumn, and all the colors that come with it :)
QUALITY INSPECTION
We are working side by side with another certified quality check inspectors and testing every component of each and every Trigger® wallets functions, aesthetics, and craftsmanship to ensure that the standards are up to par with what we expect at Skyborne just before they begin to ship starting next week October 28th. We already had our initial testing done at our production facility, and we are now conducting our own through a trusted organization.
We aim to ship around 100-130 orders/day starting next week, please bear with us as we work diligently to get the Trigger® into your hands and in use ASAP. The wait will be well worth it, that's a guarantee :)

Update on RFID logo + New amateur video footage of Trigger®!

Hello all :)
Hope everyone is staying healthy and strong! We are in the midst of Q4 and it's getting crazy busy with thanksgiving, Amazon prime day, + Black Friday around the corner, we have our work cut out for us.
RFID Logo
You ask, we listen. Due to popular demand, and many of you voicing your discern for the new embossed RFID logos on the backside, we have asked the factory to have it removed, to keep the Trigger as minimalist as possible in the time before production finishes :)
In other news, the Phantom Black Trigger® is all sold out. We do still have the Oceanic Blue, Golden Brown, and Carbon Fiber options available :)
SHIPPING
Please note, we are going to be sending out over 3000+ orders when the shipment arrives at our facilities, and we will be conducting a quality test, and proceeding to send them out as fast as we can with the staff workers we have.
We will do our best to get our 100 shipments a day, so please bear with us as we move as fast as we can.

NEW look at packaging + "Anti-theft RFID" Embossed logos on Trigger :)

Hello all!
Just a quick update, our designers just sent photos + a video of the final packaging design which will be in your hands very soon :)
Packaging
The new packaging features a thick quality matte grey printed box, which has a velvet/felt EVA insert which surrounds the trigger with a protective barrier. Both the trigger and box itself are then placed into another clear plastic bag. Inside of the trigger box is also a page of literature with a special coupon code for our backers in case you'd like to spread the love in time for the holiday season :)
As mentioned before, we are very meticulous and detailed when it comes to every aspect of the production process. Your patience will be well worth it, we are confident in that :)
First Prototype VS. 2020 Final Edition
Originally we had a white color exterior, with a generic photo of the trigger and normally printed lettering without any EVA insert. It was not cheap, but we went ahead and re-designed it and customized the packaging according to our vision and brand, Skyborne style.
